Account manager (Railways)

Experience / education requirements:

* University degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science (Economics or Foreign Trading university degree is suitable).
* 5+ years of sales experience - selling into large accounts with a focus on information technology and/or business solutions sales & deployment.
* Good understanding of Banking business, IT models and solutions, key business and industry specific drivers.
* Good understanding of the relationship between technology and business processes in Enterprise space.
* Good understanding of sales process and sales discipline.
* Experience in planning and implementation of sales strategies in competitive environment, ability to win in competitive projects.
* Basic for technologies and business solutions.
* Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Microsoft in front of the customer.
* Good negotiation and presentation skills, experience in communications / negotiations with decision makers & executives in large enterprise accounts.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft solution line is an advantage.
* Knowledge of vendor and a partner landscape in industry is an advantage.
* Basic technological background is an advantage.
* Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder.
* Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral).
* Russian to be native language.

Responsibilities :

Account Management

* To run a well-managed business that meets or exceeds set targets with building strong customer relationships.

Deliverables

* Strong and extended Customer Relationships beyond immediate influence circle.
* Leadership that Results in High-Performing V-Teams.
* Strategic, Effective and Actionable Account Plans.
* Healthy, Predictable Pipeline that Meets or Exceeds Quota Expectations.
* Well-Developed Opportunities that Lead to Closed Revenue.

Some key performance indicators:

* Net new revenue booked meets or exceeds quota FY commitments.
* Year-over-year revenue growth meets or exceeds targets.
* Monthly business forecasts are accurate and predictable.
* Pipeline is adequate enough to meet revenue goals, with the right balance of short-term revenue opportunities and relationship-based strategic opportunitiesYear-over-year increase in customer satisfaction as measured by NSAT scores.
* Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) negotiated and positive feedback from customers.
* Customers increase the amount of business they do with Microsoft.
* Clearly demonstrate leadership as an enabler of high-performing virtual teamsDevelops and fulfills account strategy to drive further growth for all assigned accounts through effective and actionable Account Plans.
* Ensure fulfillment of ScoreCard metrics.

* Develop and Execute account plans for all assigned accounts.
* Regular reporting through corporate tools.
