Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

Job’s Purpose and main functions:

* Executes marketing campaigns by means of coordination campaign participants (internal experts, business and marketing team-members) and external vendors (agencies)
* Develops and submit efficient tactical campaign plan
* Works with marketing activity lead to provide relevant background and market analysis to agencies so they can execute assignment effectively (e.g., target audience profiles, product or offering benefit)
* Defines key roles, resources and marketing tools within campaign action plan
* Manages the execution process
* Sets the realistic timeline and budgets within the campaign projects. Responsible for all work back schedule, managing budgets and cost reconciliation
* Works with external agencies, recommends optimal communications mix for achieving marketing campaign objectives and eliminating this bottleneck (e.g., direct mailing, e-marketing campaign)
* Establishes a clear definition of success for the agency to include both the goals of the communications program and the plan for collecting metrics
* Obtains feedback and make recommendation to improve campaign execution excellence for future campaigns
* Supervises and monitors vendors execution to ensure that they are delivered within time and budget


* Candidates must have at least 3 years of practical experience in marketing campaigns planning, execution (events, DM, PR, web and etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to manage large scale campaigns
* Excellence project management skills
* Preferably, experience at event planning agencies.
* Fluent English
